What We Do
Capital Region Land Conservancy (CRLC) is dedicated to conserving the natural and historic resources of Virginia’s Richmond region for the benefit of people and nature.
CRLC was founded in 2005 as the area’s only land trust devoted specifically to conservation of the City of Richmond and surrounding counties of Charles City, Chesterfield, Goochland, Hanover, Henrico, New Kent, and Powhatan as well as the Town of Ashland. We are proud to have conserved more than 15,000 acres of land in this special region so far.
