Native Plant Festival at Dorey Park

Join Capital Region Land Conservancy at the first Henrico Native Plant Festival at Dorey Park! CRLC will have a booth at the vendor fair from 9am to 1pm to share with you about our work protecting land in Henrico County, from transferring land to the National Park Service art Malvern Hill, to protecting land along the beautiful Route 5 Corridor, to working with local landowners.

Route 5 Family Farms and co-host Keep Virginia Beautiful are excited to promote local organizations and businesses that educate and engage citizens about the importance of native plants. A special emphasis will also be placed on stormwater management and invasive species.

Keynote Speaker Doug Tallamy will give a talk at 1:30 on the importance of native plants.
