Capital Region Land Conservancy was able to open Dock Street to the public for the first time on November 12th and 13th for 1708 Gallery’s annual InLight 2021 event.
The yearly Inlight outdoor exhibition of artwork embraces light and sound, and this year, illuminated the racial and environmental history of the Richmond riverfront. Great Shiplock Park, Chapel Island, the Virginia Capital Trail, The Low Line Green, and CRLC’s Dock Street property were illuminated by art installations.
